Terrible experience. They don't return calls. Case was dragged on for over 5 years. Got a settlement but they didn't get us near as much as originally told.If you give them a bad review on here while you have them representing you or a family member, they threaten to drop you as a client.

I used their online chat regarding an injury I got at work approximately a month ago that I've been given the run around on. The same day I did the chat, I received a phone call from them and they gave me exactly the information I was needing regarding my L&I claim. They're the only people involved in this process that has given me good, straight forward information so I can make sure me and my family are taken care of during all of this. I will absolutely use Palace Law moving forward and recommend them to anyone feeling stuck.

They helped me with my L&I clame it took them almost 12 years to settle it. They were so Incompetent no calls for years from there Paralegal or lawyers. They ended up costing me so much money over all the years. They are so understaffed and overbooked. I'm Thinking Filing a malpractice suit against them for incompetence. Short-term claim, they're great. Anything more than that don't use them.

Emily at PalaceLaw was assigned to my case in February 2024. I had 2 claims A sideswipe in December causing whiplash and the transit bus Airseat Broke while driving down the highway in Mid January. Causing severe injury to my lower back. Fighting with lni because they linked the 2 claims together. My case has been an actual nightmare. My now Former employer is still appealing each step possible to postpone treatments and workers compensation pay. If it wasnt for Emily i would have lost my home to forclosure and my vehicle repossessed. Its not been easy for me. But im blessed she has never given up and keeps fighting for me.. PalaceLaw is worth looking into.. if you get injured. Please dont trust LnI to work with you.. in my case they worked against me.. Thank you PalaceLaw for hiring Emily... she is worth more than her weight in gold.

They have been entirely helpful since they accepted my case. Thorough and informative every step of the way. When I had an IME and no gas in my car they arranged for a ride to and from. After fighting tooth and nail myself with little to no results Palace Law stepped in and immediately Sedgwick stopped dragging me through the mud. Definitely recommend if you are injured at work and don't know what steps to take.

Barely got anything for a TBI, but more insulting is the fact I was promised help getting reimbursed for my personal items that were ruined from blood. Sure sure just settle and we will help you, settled and they couldn't run away fast enough. Couldn't return calls or emails asking for help with it. Never received a single penny for my items. They couldn't bother with me, filing a complaint with the bar.

Read their contract before signing. All personal injury cases the law firm will only take 1/3 of your total compensation before tax. This law firm asked for 40% if this case goes to court and presented to a judge and 45% for an appeal. Kinda rip off and they don’t want to do more unless they get more.

Hello, this is Jay Jones. The personal injury attorney I used at this law firm was John Hardie. John is AMAZING. He's definitely an asset to this firm! I had a very complex claim and John handled things to the tee! When I had questions, John would get back to me with little to no delay. I hired Palace Law November 2021 & besides 1 paralegal that never really relayed anything nor asked the lawyers the questions I was asking her since no actual lawyer reached out to me until the second denial, I’m still fighting because I didn’t want to settle. Palace paperwork said don’t contact claims manager, but they weren’t even talking to them. The info “L&I” was sending my employer was suppose to go to palace since I wasn’t suppose to talk to them. My workers comp was ignored/denied no one said anything. But PFML that came AFTER the claim reopening application was approved…? Riddle me that Batman. Okay, so my employer admitted I was F’d up but didn’t file the paperwork when they were suppose to (which I still have) and no one asked questions. I applied for PFML/FMLA eventually because I had no money, no medical because my employer dropped me but didn’t fire me… I’m so confused I’ve been denied for workers comp twice because my employer wasn’t giving me the information because it was going to palace who I THOUGHT was working on my case! Patrick, I don’t/won’t trust anyone else with my case other than you. I’m absolutely traumatized, I don’t trust Jordon or Paula or anyone really at the moment for having my best interest at heart. I wanted the claim back open so I could get medical care & SSI since I haven’t been able to work full time since January 2021. I didn’t get any clear guidance whatsoever and was/have been confused this whole time. It seems that my experience is rather similar to the comment that was placed 2 weeks ago about Paula. Patrick, do you mind if I call you tomorrow? Because frankly I cant trust anyone. So please, if you can’t help me can you please have whoever is “representing” my case to withdrawal themselves so I can try & figure this out myself without penalty towards “all the work they’ve put in” please? This is beyond exhausting… I STILL haven’t been able to work. I stayed in contact this whole time sitting here like an idiot thinking oh it’s fine, they’re busy fighting for you, let them do their job… but no actual lawyer put the depth in at all. So as of right now, even after 2 family members went through your law firm before me… i had such high hopes. But I personally CAN’T recommend PALACE LAW again unless this can be remedied… please and thank you in advance. Also… the responses from your employees on the CLIO app is pretty much nonexistent. I’m begging you, please help Patrick 🙏

I had a great experience with my attorney Paula all the way up till we got a lower disability rating than was expected. There was no appointment for a second opinion set up or argument or anything, after months of waiting it took me multiple weeks to get ahold of her and once I did she said she would reach out to the doctor again. Then after another month I started trying to contact her again, after a week of waiting I finally sent a message to th manager expecting to get this resolved and the help I need, but instead a couple days later I'm sent a message that the claim was settled and I would get my portion. Still haven't heard from anyone to this day. This injury made a huge negative impact on my life and I was not given the help I was promised for 30% of my settlement. Do not recommend

Friendly staff that showed empathy. But when the intake person took my information and asked about the employers insurance company, she chuckled and paused, saying "Ooh, they're difficult.." when she transferred me to a legal consultant, when I had mentioned what happened it seemed promising. When she asked about the employer and the injury, I told her the name and her demeanor changed. And she said she wasn't going to take on my case at this time and that I could consult an Employer attorney. I was left with no help or assistance.

We contact Palace Law after we were denied several time by L & I. They actually gave advice over the phone at first for writing an appeal letter and then later, when we were denied again, we contacted Palace Law to represent us to fight for a full pension. Without their help, we would have received $5000 dollars from L & I. Now my husband has received a full pension. It took time and commitment but in the end we won.We highly recommend their services.

I started out using Debbie as the person representing me in my claim, not only did she treat me as a walking dollar sign for her own personal gain but when I disagreed with her opinion, which was to lay over as fast as I got an offer, she then switched my representation without informing me to another one of her coworkers. Because of Debbie my entire claim was ruined. I would highly recommend using a different representation if Debbie is assigned to you.

Aria Rolfes from Palace Law is absolutely incredible! I am continually impressed with her ability to track my current state of recovery, navigate the difficult waters of LNI and successfully neutralize extremely complicated obstacles that LNI creates. Her communication skills are unparalleled to the point where it feels as if I’m her only client, even though that is not the case. Having her on my team is the single best decision that I made to ensure that LNI does not take advantage of me. Just last week after months of diligently arguing over an ankle surgery she successfuly persuaded them to approve it. Without her this surgery would never be possible because LNI repeatedly denied it and wouldn't accept responsibility for conditions that should be covered. No matter how smart or resourceful you might be, you simply don't have the experience or knowledge to successfuly fight LNI on your own. Without Aria my case would have closed three months in when LNI tried to tell me I was at maximum medical improvement. After retaining Palace Law all of the letters and threats from LNI stopped. Everything they sent went straight to Aria, which greatly reduced my stress and anxiety. She kept my claim open and it is still open after seven years while I have had six surgeries to date with four more surgeries planned. If I listened to LNI my case would have been closed after three months and I wouldn't have received seven years of care. Palace Law is an outstanding law firm and Aria is the quintessential embodiment of their collective excellence. There are times in life when a person or group of people stand in the rarified air of being exactly who they say that they are. The people of Palace Law breathe that air - the air of professionalism, diligence, compassion, persistence, and dedication to serving the principle of right over wrong.For my wife and I, having Palace Law work for us has been not only rewarding in terms of outcome, but a time of reinvigorating altruism - reaffirming a belief in the legal profession.This may sound trite, but the people at Palace Law truly care about their clients and go beyond the extra mile because they are people of integrity.My wife was teaching at a university in Bejing for three weeks in January 2020. She returned to the US coughing up blood and was deemed to be the second case of COVID in California. She was hospitalized immediately and placed in infectious disease isolation, eventually losing half of her left lung. We had no choice of hospitals during this initial period of the COVID pandemic, and our medical insurance would not cover her treatment. Our bills exceeded $100,000. We had to sell our home to pay our medical bills.Her employer, a university, had agreed that her case was covered under its Worker's Compensation plan, but the State of Washington, which administered the plan, disagreed.We sought legal assistance, and Palace Law was recommended by several sources.Palace helped us arrange, and advised us through, mediation which resulted in the State agreeing to reimburse most of the medical bills.
