We contact Palace Law after we were denied several time by L & I. They actually gave advice over the phone at first for writing an appeal letter and then later, when we were denied again, we contacted Palace Law to represent us to fight for a full pension. Without their help, we would have received $5000 dollars from L & I. Now my husband has received a full pension. It took time and commitment but in the end we won.We highly recommend their services.

I started out using Debbie as the person representing me in my claim, not only did she treat me as a walking dollar sign for her own personal gain but when I disagreed with her opinion, which was to lay over as fast as I got an offer, she then switched my representation without informing me to another one of her coworkers. Because of Debbie my entire claim was ruined. I would highly recommend using a different representation if Debbie is assigned to you.

Aria Rolfes from Palace Law is absolutely incredible! I am continually impressed with her ability to track my current state of recovery, navigate the difficult waters of LNI and successfully neutralize extremely complicated obstacles that LNI creates. Her communication skills are unparalleled to the point where it feels as if I’m her only client, even though that is not the case. Having her on my team is the single best decision that I made to ensure that LNI does not take advantage of me. Just last week after months of diligently arguing over an ankle surgery she successfuly persuaded them to approve it. Without her this surgery would never be possible because LNI repeatedly denied it and wouldn't accept responsibility for conditions that should be covered. No matter how smart or resourceful you might be, you simply don't have the experience or knowledge to successfuly fight LNI on your own. Without Aria my case would have closed three months in when LNI tried to tell me I was at maximum medical improvement. After retaining Palace Law all of the letters and threats from LNI stopped. Everything they sent went straight to Aria, which greatly reduced my stress and anxiety. She kept my claim open and it is still open after seven years while I have had six surgeries to date with four more surgeries planned. If I listened to LNI my case would have been closed after three months and I wouldn't have received seven years of care. Palace Law is an outstanding law firm and Aria is the quintessential embodiment of their collective excellence. There are times in life when a person or group of people stand in the rarified air of being exactly who they say that they are. The people of Palace Law breathe that air - the air of professionalism, diligence, compassion, persistence, and dedication to serving the principle of right over wrong.For my wife and I, having Palace Law work for us has been not only rewarding in terms of outcome, but a time of reinvigorating altruism - reaffirming a belief in the legal profession.This may sound trite, but the people at Palace Law truly care about their clients and go beyond the extra mile because they are people of integrity.My wife was teaching at a university in Bejing for three weeks in January 2020. She returned to the US coughing up blood and was deemed to be the second case of COVID in California. She was hospitalized immediately and placed in infectious disease isolation, eventually losing half of her left lung. We had no choice of hospitals during this initial period of the COVID pandemic, and our medical insurance would not cover her treatment. Our bills exceeded $100,000. We had to sell our home to pay our medical bills.Her employer, a university, had agreed that her case was covered under its Worker's Compensation plan, but the State of Washington, which administered the plan, disagreed.We sought legal assistance, and Palace Law was recommended by several sources.Palace helped us arrange, and advised us through, mediation which resulted in the State agreeing to reimburse most of the medical bills. However, the State dragged the reimbursement process out for another two years.Throughout that time, Chelsi Russell at Palace navigated the bureaucratic waters for us, never wavering, always persistent, positive, kind and genuinely empathetic. Palace Law and Sandra Garrison paralegal for me were an absolute God send. I had other attorneys originally to help with a difficult labor and industry claims. Not all attorneys are created equal. I previously submitted a review, however after more consideration, I wanted to amend my comments to more accurately account my perspective. I must acknowledge that initially my first review was unfavorable, that was partially due to feeling frustrated as the legal proclivities evade me as well as my inexperience with technology. Stefanie Carlton is my legal representative from Palace Law, she has worked exceptionally hard on my behalf even more so after I made an unintentional mistake. My error put more tasks on her heavy work detail. To her credit, she tackled it immediately demonstrating that she was indeed tirelessly working on my behalf. It should be noted that my remarks do not come after a financial gain, the opposite in fact as my legal platform is currently ongoing. I am thankful for Stefanie’s hard work, patience, and understanding. It has to be taxing to represent a client through the ups and downs of a very personal and important legal buffets. I suggest doing your research before you hire an attorney for any reason. I felt rushed when I made the decision to hire this business and regretted it almost instantly. Before you sign a contract they make themselves seem available and ready to help. Once you sign the contract you're either given an attorney who'll read the IME decision incorrectly and make detrimental decision on that mistake, one that doesn't communicate theirs an issues with your time loss until the day your suppose to get it from the attorney when they knew the week before OR when you call in to complain about your service that you receive, you'll be told you're getting an attorney who doesn't have time to respond right away, maybe within 2 days, and doesn't like at your file everyday, which for an occupational disease claim, IS EXACTLY, what you need. I've honestly done a much better job maintaining my claim without them taking 30% of my time loss because it wasn't issued on the correct date. Sounds self fulfilling to me and a complete scam. If you absolutely need representation, don't start here, research, look at reviews and research some more.

I contacted Palace Law when I was on L and I. Other attorneys I contacted wouldn't even listen to me about my claim because i had been on L and I for 8 years. Not only did they listen but because I had difficulty getting around due to complications related to my injury, One of the attorneys came to my home even though I lived nearly an hour away from the Law firm. I met with one of the attorneys, and He took my case. My case has now been settled. I was on L and I for 11 years. They didn't charge anywhere near as much as other attorney's. I want to first start off by saying I will forever recommend getting an attorney to help represent someone with an L&I claim. We fought with L&I for a total of 5 years and before we were represented by Palace Law L&I was going to close our case because my spouse was at maximum medical improvement. Ya right - there was no way that he was even close. Paula helped me navigate getting further testing, helped me fight with the Vocational person and ultimately helped my husband win a pension. If I can give someone just 1 piece of advice call Palace Law and fight because it would have been so easy to give up and say screw it we want our life back - or to say we will never win and just give up. Find that someone who will advocate for you and fight this system that fails so many. Patrick is the most upstanding lawyer I have ever met and ultimately decreased his fees which was a HUGE shock to us.... why because he knows people matter - and we truly felt like we were heard, we were valued and we were taken care of.Don't try and fight L&I alone - have someone in your corner like Palace Law - because they will fight for you and with you and get you everything that you deserve.We owe everything to Patrick and Paula and will forever be indebted to them for getting my husband the treatment and the pension that he so deserved.

Would leave 0 stars if I could, can't say a good thing about this place... No professionalism- they leave clients in the dark for weeks with zero communication including not responding to emails/phone calls and deciding to cancel/reschedule a meeting at the very last minute for a client who had to drive 30 minutes just to be turned away upon arrival... all the while dealing with Carpal Tunnel and Cubital Tunnel injuries that these legal professionals should be perfectly aware of and helping with, rather than causing additional unneeded pain/stress. We will be looking elsewhere for an actual firm that wants to help people, not a business that some "business manager" wants to maximize their profits from.

After contacting this attorney and using him for a labor related case. He was caught and morally compromised. Suddenly my high profile case was settled without my consent and this attorney was able to move from his small office on No. 2nd Street in Tacoma to University place. And me I was bankrupt. The attorney I spoke to was incredibly scattered and dismissive. It sounded like she was calling from a loud bar and I had to shout the details of my case over and over. When she told me why she wouldn't take the case, she got the details of everything I said wrong. When I corrected her, she was rude, "I can't take anymore time talking to you about this." I later ran this by a friend who said he had called them about his L and I case. Before he could even talk to an attorney, they had sent over paperwork to sign and started pressuring him with constant emails (He went in a different direction). Bottom line with Palace Law? The are all about the bottom line. Profits over people. Pretty sure I dodged a bullet with these people or at least this rude incompetent woman.

Before coming to palace law this other law firm took 1-2 years but never answered back so I went to palace law and met hailey there and her team and her handled my case and situation within only a couple weeks and shout-out to hailey she really did her job and went the extra mile, she was always answering every single question I had and always updated me on everything that happened I am definitely going to use this business and look for Hailey again
